The Division of Health Service is going to host a serial of Body Shaping Class!

Class content: Healthy diet lecture in Chinese (on 1st class), exercise teaching including stretching, aerobic exercise, yoga, core workout and dance (starts from 2nd class)

Date/ Time: 12:00 pm- 1:00 Pm every Monday, starts from Mar 18th till May 20th, 2019 (No class during mid-term week)

Qualification: Anyone whose BMI is ≥24 (without heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes, and musculoskeletal problems that may affect exercise)

Register at the Division of Health Service (1F, CS Building)

Registration deadline: Mar. 14th, 2019.

Precautions:

1.      Eat less before the class (avoid exercise on an empty stomach).

2.      Participants should attend the class with sportswear (moisture wicking clothing) and please bring your own towels and drinking water.
